Registration Information:
It's time for our 2010 Track & Field Registration!
The Registration Package can be downloaded and mailed to the address below. A copy of the athletes birth certificate, registration forms and registration fee must be provided to be registered.

The fee to join the club is $190 plus $50 mandatory fund raiser fee per family, that can be earned back. Returning Athlete Fee is $125. Club Fee will go towards the following:
- AAU Membership fee
- Track Meet entry fees
- Uniform (shirt/shorts)
- Warm-up Suit w/name
Note: Fees do not include additional expenses associated with District, Regional and National Qualifying Meets, and do not cover travel expenses.
To join the Unity Express Track Club, please read the forms carefully and complete each of the following forms (hard copies will be available during open registration).
- Registration Form
- Liability Release
- Medical Authorization
- Photo Release
- Uniform Order Form
After you have reviewed and completed the registration package, please mail all forms and check or money order
no later than 2/28/10 to:
